Heather Callahan joined the Emmanuel Insurance family in November 2020, bringing with her several years of experience and a drive for client relationships. As the Assistant Account Manager, Heather utilizes her personality and true passion for customer service excellence to assist her Emmanuel customers every way possible.

Personal: Heather works in her church's special needs ministry, as well is a state advocate for the special needs community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son as well as raising chickens in her backyard.
