Lynn brings over 24 years of insurance industry experience, most recently serving as Vice President and Regional Team Leader at her last employer. In that role she led daily insurance operations, supported underwriting and policy administration, and managed a team of 25 employees, helping improve productivity, engagement, and operational consistency. Prior to that role, Lynn worked as a Commercial Lines Team Leader and Senior Account Manager, servicing a large commercial book of business while mentoring account managers, leading retention strategy meetings, and helping train new team members. She has deep experience with Applied EPIC, carrier rating platforms, and complex commercial accounts.
Lynn holds several professional designations including AAI, SBCS, CPIA, and CWCS, and brings a strong background in leadership, client service, and agency operations.
Lynn has 2 children and 1 grandson that takes up most of her free time. She loves to read the Bible and has 2 dogs, Piper and Leo, and 3 cats, Stripes, King, and Jasper.
