Get to Know Jared Kravcak

September 2022 - We'd like to welcome the newest member of our team to the company - Jared Kravcak. We know you're curious to know more about him, which is why he's our Featured Employee this month.

1. If Hollywood made a movie about your life, what would it be called, and who would play you?
   The title of the movie would be "Jartrain". That was and still is my nickname that all my friends and some teachers would call me through the years. I would be interested in playing myself in the movie. That would be a lot of fun!
    
2. If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
   If I could pick up a new skill, it would most likely be public speaking/announcing. I have been told by teachers and friends that I have a very good voice for those things.
    
3. If you could choose anyone to be a mentor, who would it be, and what would you like to learn from them?
   My mentor would be Donald Trump. Look up to him a lot, and I would like to know what his key to success is.
    
4. What is the last book you read that you'd recommend?
   Beyond Order : 12 More Rules for Life by Dr. Jordan Peterson.
    
5. Where is your favorite place to visit on vacation, or your favorite thing to do when you have time off?
   My favorite thing to do when I have time off is photography. Sometimes I'll just go out by myself, or I'll ask a few of my friends to come along with me as well.
    
6. What is one surprising or interesting fact about you that people may not know about?
   When I was born, my right lung collapsed, and I have a scar near my ribcage where the doctors went in for surgery.
    
7. You have your own late night talk show - who do you invite as your first guest?
   Kathy Barnette - PA U.S. Senate candidate. Very nice woman, cares about this state. Unfortunately, she lost the primary back in May, but I would support her again.
    
8. What personal characteristic do you believe is key in order to be successful in your role at Emmanuel?
   Be funny! It's all right to joke around sometimes.
    
9. What advice would you give to someone who is interested in joining the Emmanuel team?
   I would tell a new trainee that it is very important to meet deadlines and stay on task. Also have fun and try to learn something new every day you come into the office.
    
10. What are you enjoying the most about being a part of the Emmanuel team?
    We are a family! I also love the fact that if we have any issues or problems, we are encouraged to speak on them.
