Get to Know Michelle Paisley

February 2024 - We'd like to welcome Michelle Paisley to our team! Get to know Michelle through these 9 fun questions.

1. Where is your favorite place to visit on vacation, or your favorite thing to do when you have time off?
   When I have time off my favorite thing to do is travel.  Any beach location is the perfect vacation for me!
 
2. What is the weirdest, most unorthodox, or most interesting job you've ever had?
   My first summer job when I was 16 was in a manufacturing plant for a company that made tee shirts. I worked sewing sleeves onto tee shirts. Not your typically 16 year old summer job! 
 
3. What is one surprising or interesting fact about you that people may not know about?
   I love Italian cooking and according to all the friends of my kids  -  I make the best meatballs! 
 
4. What's something you're planning on doing in the next year that you've never done?
   Going to Italy to celebrate my 35th wedding anniversary.  
 
5. If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
   I would love to be fluent in Italian.  
 
6. You have your own late night talk show - who do you invite as your first guest?       
   The current Phillies team!  They definitely have some big personalities there!  Hoping they bring home the title this year - GO PHILS!!
 
7. What advice would you give to someone who is interested in joining the Emmanuel team?
   This is like no other place you will ever work. The love and compassion each person who works here has for their job and each of their teammates is truly something amazing.  You will feel like family.  They live their mission - "We are family and we will protect yours".
 
8. What personal characteristic do you believe is key in order to be successful in your role at Emmanuel?
   Honesty, integrity and kindness I feel will make me most successful in my role.
 
9. What was it about Emmanuel Insurance that made you decide it was a company of which you wanted to be a part?
   It was apparent from the start that they value communication, honesty, have strong leadership and a deep commitment to helping and serving others.
