August 2023 - We'd like to welcome Sarah Halpin to our team! Get to know Sarah through these 9 fun questions.

1. Where is your favorite place to visit on vacation, or your favorite thing to do when you have time off?
   I love going back home to Michigan to spend time with my family.
    
2. What is something interesting that you've learned within the past week?
   I learned that glass cutting boards are really bad for knives. Mine have now been regulated to serving platters.
    
3. When you were 10, what did you see yourself being when you grew up?
   A dolphin and whale trainer.
    
4. What is the last book you read that you'd recommend?
   The Ender Saga by Orson Scott Card.
    
5. What is one surprising or interesting fact about you that people may not know about?
   I play Dungeons and Dragons.
    
6. If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
   Remembering people's names.
    
7. What is the weirdest, most unorthodox, or most interesting job you've ever had?
   I was a massage therapist for 6 years.
    
8. What was it about Emmanuel Insurance that made you decide it was a company of which you wanted to be a part?
   They value honesty and communication, which are very important to me. They also have strong leaders that I believe I can learn and grow from.
    
9. What are you enjoying the most about being a part of the Emmanuel team?
   I really love the people I work with and getting to know them. They have been incredibly welcoming and a fount of new information and ideas.
